Shipping policy

At Integreat Electronics, we want getting your order to you to be simple. Here's how our shipping works.

Free shipping Australia-wide

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Shipping is shown as free at checkout — there's no minimum spend. We currently ship within Australia only.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders the next business day. During busy periods this may extend to 2–3 business days, and we appreciate your patience. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery timeframes after dispatch depend on your location, typically 2–5 business days. Remote and regional areas may take longer.

All shipments are sent tracked. Smaller items are generally sent via Australia Post, while larger items are sent by courier.

Signature on delivery

For security, larger items are sent signature on delivery. If you'd prefer the carrier to leave your parcel without a signature, you can request Authority to Leave — orders left under Authority to Leave are done so at your own risk. To ensure safe delivery of larger items, we're unable to ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Bulky, oversized or remote deliveries

Most orders ship free as standard. For very large or bulky items, or deliveries to remote and rural areas, additional freight arrangements may occasionally be required. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you first to discuss options — and you're free to cancel for a full refund if you'd prefer not to proceed.

Local pickup by appointment

You're welcome to collect your order from our Fyshwick showroom. As we operate by appointment, please contact us at sales@integreatelectronics.com to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready, and we'll confirm a time that suits.

Damaged or lost in transit

We take care to package every order securely. If your item arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive as expected, please contact us at sales@integreatelectronics.com as soon as possible and we'll make it right. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
