Refund policy

At Integreat Electronics our priority is your complete satisfaction. We take care with every product we sell, and we're always happy to help you choose the right item before you buy. If you're unsure whether a product suits your needs, please contact us at sales@integreatelectronics.com before purchasing.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us at sales@integreatelectronics.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Where an item is confirmed faulty, we cover the return shipping. Some items may need to be assessed by the manufacturer's authorised service agent before a remedy is provided.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

Change-of-mind returns

Please choose carefully, as change-of-mind returns are offered at our discretion on the following terms:

  • Before dispatch: You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund, including shipping — except for televisions and special-order items.
  • After dispatch: You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original undamaged packaging with all manuals, accessories, remotes, cables and warranty cards.
  • Refunds for change-of-mind cover the price of the goods only — original shipping is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return freight.
  • A restocking fee may apply on a case-by-case basis — for example where goods are returned opened or used, or where a product is claimed faulty but no fault is found on testing. Where an item is returned unopened and in perfect resalable condition, any restocking fee is generally waived.

Items that cannot be returned for change of mind

  • In-ear headphones and earphones once opened or used, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software and digital products, once access or a download link has been delivered
  • Special-order items (these can be cancelled before we place the order with our supplier)
  • Items requested for return more than 14 days after delivery

How to start a return

  1. Email sales@integreatelectronics.com with your order number, purchase date, and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll assess your request and, if approved, send return instructions and a returns reference.
  3. Return the item — securely packaged, in original condition — to: Integreat Electronics, 84 Barrier Street, Fyshwick ACT 2609, Australia.

For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of assessment. Where you'd prefer, we can arrange store credit or an exchange instead.

If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at sales@integreatelectronics.com.

Subscriptions

We do not currently sell subscription products. If this changes, cancellation terms will be published here and at checkout.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
