Our challenge was to collaborate with the electrician to deliver a product and experience that not only enhanced the client's lifestyle but also accommodated their frequent travel commitments by providing both local and remote access.

Solution Implemented by the Electrician:

KNX System for Automation:

The electrician implemented a robust KNX system to automate lighting, blinds, curtains, ducted air conditioning, and under-tile heating systems. KNX's scalability and flexibility made it the ideal choice for seamless integration and control.

Ekinex Switches and Gira Visualization:

Throughout the residence, we deployed Ekinex switches known for their elegance and functionality. Gira Visualization provided intuitive touchscreens and smartphone access, enabling the client to manage and control their home automation system effortlessly.

Inception Access Control and Security:

We enhanced security and convenience by implementing the Inception access control system, which provided gate, garage, and door access.CCTV coverage in key areas met the client's safety expectations and gave them peace of mind.

Integration by Integreat Electronics:

Multi-room Audio:

To ensure exceptional audio coverage, we set up six indoor Sonos zones complemented by Sonos/Sonance in-ceiling speakers. Additionally, we created two outdoor Sonos zones, powering further Sonos/Sonance speakers to enhance the outdoor entertainment and pool experience.

Dedicated Theater:

We designed a dedicated Dolby Atmos 9.4.2 theater equipped with a Sony 4K projector, Lyngdorf processing, Arcam amplification, and KEF THX speakers, delivering a cinematic experience within the client's home.
IP Video Distribution:

To maintain a minimalist finish in rooms while centralizing source control, we deployed an IP video distribution system from Blustream, servicing four TVs and the theater room.
Savant Control System:

The overarching Savant control system unified all aspects of their smart home, enabling intuitive control and management from a single platform. It was deployed for convenience, comfort, and luxury.
